Life Coaching
Leadership and character building are highlighted through life coaching and work-related activities within the community. Individuals will be provided with a Life Coach to help guide them on their journey to reconnect in their community.
Skills Training
We are dedicated to helping our participants obtain employment skills and long term success in their lives. Our program provides classroom training including goal setting, financial literacy, building healthy relationships, resume design, time management, and workplace character and integrity. All classroom materials are provided free of charge for our students.
Employment Opportunities
Individuals will be provided employment opportunities available through community business partners who are seeking qualified employees. These working relationships create a win/win for both parties by helping the participant to become a contributing member of their community.
